Guard Schedule

A lifeguard schedule maker for pools that still build the week from an availability spreadsheet. Paste who can work and what the pool needs by day and hour. Get a week of lifeguard shifts, the gaps you still have to fill, and a CSV for payroll. Nothing leaves this page; it runs in your browser.

1. Coverage needed

One line per block: days, time range, guards on stand. Days can be Mon-Fri, Sat,Sun, Weekdays, Weekends, All. Times like 06:00, 6, 6am, 5pm.

2. Guards and availability

CSV with a header: name, max_hours, then one column per day. Each day cell is a range like 9-17 or 6:00-13:00; use ; for two ranges (9-13;15-20); "any" for all day; blank for off. Paste straight from a spreadsheet.
